4 Nature (E4N) intends
on developing a comprehensive and holistic marketing network via our website and other marketing apparatus that will
provide an outlet for African and African-American manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, producers, and consumers.
Dr. George Washington Carver revolutionized
the South with his discoveries with the peanut. He re-vitalized the Southern economy with his inventions. Our goal is to use the products of Dr. Carver & Dr.
A.W. Curtis once again to help re-vitalize the economy within the Black community. Not only will these products
help re-vitalize the economy within the Black community, but the use of these products will help
improve the overall health and well being of our community. With our partnership with Natural Health Options,
E4N currently distributes the following Dr.
George Washington Carver & Dr. Curtis Products: We
are excited to re-introduce seven additional Dr. Carver & Dr. Curtis products to the marketplace in the near future.
In addition to the Dr. Carver-based products, E4N
will market other products ranging from natural cosmetics and personal care items like soaps, lotions, hair
care products, jewelry, incense and soy candles. We are fully aware of the dilemma of people having skills, talents,
and resources, and having no medium or channel of distribution to gain the necessary exposure to sell their products.
E4N plans on helping these companies position themselves in the domestic
and international marketplace.
E4N is a consumer-friendly and environmentally conscious company.
Therefore, manufacturers who use our marketing medium must adhere to our principles. All cosmetics must
be free from harsh chemicals, contain no animal ingredients and preferably be biodegradable and connected to the “Green Revolution”. We realize the economic condition in the African-American
community. Therefore, we advise our partners to keep prices as modest as possible. The
only way we can change the condition of our people is to change our thinking. The masses of African Americans have been exploited economically. We as Black
manufacturers must be committed to solving this virus in our community.

In 2006, Jon Adkins conceptualized forming a company to focus on selling natural
products. In 2007, Jon teamed up with Yasir Khalid and both launched the company
Elements 4 Nature (E4N) in May 2008.
Both attended Tuskegee University. Jon studied electrical engineering and Yasir studied business administration
at Tuskegee. They not only attended Tuskegee but were roommates for a year at the historically Black college.
Both bring a diverse background to
E4N. One of E4N's goals is to develop the business into a global entity.
E4N was formed to establish a vital domestic
and international business with the intent of not only earning profits but aiding in poverty-reduction among the
displaced and economically deprived masses of Africans and African-Americans both in America and around the world. "We realize that in order to maintain
a business and keep it solvent, it’s necessary to earn profits; however, we are also aware of our social,
moral, and ethical responsibility to help wipe out poverty and other disparities that exist within the African community,"
said Yasir Khalid. "E4N could be looked upon as a business
that operates for profit and with a philanthropic twist," said Jon Adkins.
