On
March 13th and 14th of 2010, Elements 4 Nature (E4N) was at the Philadelphia Convention
Center to participate in the sixth annual Black History Showcase. Over five thousand people braved the heavy rain and converged
on the convention center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to attend this historic event. Yasir Khalid &
Jon Adkins founders of E4N were both on the scene for this very informative and important event
as it related to Black History. Yasir Khalid, the Carver Researcher, designed and developed the Dr. George Washington Carver
Experience Traveling Exhibit. E4N introduced the exhibit to the public for the first time.
The exhibit highlighted the life and legacy of Dr. George Washington Carver. The exhibit had thirteen
20"x30" panels tracing the life of Dr. Carver in pictorial form. The exhibit takes you from his youth through
his tenure as a revolutionary scientist at Tuskegee Institute in Alabama. The exhibit coupled with original
products from formulas developed by Dr. Carver and Dr. Austin Curtis was well received by those who attended the event. Many
people were unaware of the depth of Dr. Carver's research and discoveries. They were amazed by the fact that Dr. Carver
made over 300 products from the peanut. They were also surprised by the fact that Dr. Carver made 115 products from
the sweet potato. Most people knew of Dr. Carver only as the "Peanut Man". Many people
never heard of Dr. Austin W. Curtis, who assisted Dr. Carver the last eight years of his life (1935-1943). Dr.
Curtis was primarily responsible for commercializing formulas that Dr. Carver developed on his own in addition to the formulas
they developed together. E4N had several of these products available for sale
at this event.

This event was very educational and inspirational to
all. This event not only showcased Carver’s accomplishments but it also displayed the brilliance of many African-Americans
scientists, inventors, athletes and of course The Tuskegee Airmen. It also highlighted the many contributions that African-American
men & women made to this country and the world. This was a very important media event to witness most of the contributions
and discoveries that were made by African-Americans. These contributions have been either gloss over or given credit
to someone else. The organizers of the Black History Showcase did a wonderful job of displaying the inventions and achievements
made by African–Americans. These types of events are invaluable from an historical perspective. There
was so much information shared. E4N is looking forward in attending this event for years
to come.

In November 2007, Jon Adkins and Yasir Khalid obtained
the exclusive rights to the Dr. George Washington Carver and Dr. A.W. Curtis
products by signing a deal with Natural Health Options (NHO),
which owns the exclusive rights to all of Dr. George Washington Carver and Dr. A.W. Curtis products. The former Tuskegee University
roommates signed the deal for a significant number
of years. The specific length of time was not disclosed. The deal
involves them producing, marketing, and selling up to six Dr. Carver &
Dr. A.W. Curtis products. The deal also involves them distributing the popular
Dr. Carver & Dr. A.W. Curtis Rubbing Oil and the Sage & Sulfur Hair Conditioner under the newly formed company Elements
4 Nature (E4N). NHO will
continue to own and manufacture the most popular Dr. Carver Rubbing Oil and the Dr. Carver & Dr. A.W. Curtis
Sage & Sulfur Hair Conditioner. "This deal will benefit
both companies," said Jon Adkins, the founder of E4N. “It allows us to produce,
market, and sell products invented by the greatest revolutionary scientists of our time. Having graduated
from Tuskegee is an extra incentive for me to continue the tradition and legacy of
Dr. Carver and his assistant Dr. A.W. Curtis.” Dr.
E. Faye Williams, the president and CEO of NHO, agrees.
"Dr. Carver's work has been extremely important, not only to the Black community, but to the world. We are delighted
to have someone with a Tuskegee connection to help us in carrying on Dr. Carver's work".

Adkins signed an earlier deal with NHO in July 2007 to produce and market the Dr. Carver & Dr. A.W. Curtis lotion. A total
